A family bakery, one starter, fifteen years
We're a family-run bakery in Portland's Pearl District, baking the way good bread asks to be baked — slowly, by hand, and with patience. Our sourdough starter has been maintained since 2009, the same one our founders began with. Everything is proofed, laminated, and baked in-house. No shortcuts, no freezers. Just flour, water, salt, time, and the people who show up before sunrise to get it right.

Country Sourdough
Naturally leavened from our 2009 starter, fermented 24 hours for an open crumb and a deep, blistered crust. Baked fresh every morning.
Laminated Pastries
Croissants and morning pastries hand-laminated over three days — 27 buttery layers that shatter when you bite them. Out of the oven by 7am.
Custom Cakes
Hand-decorated to your vision for birthdays, weddings, and everything in between. Ordered 48 hours in advance.
